A possitive experience

"We initially contacted Breeze Plumbing to attend to a toilet that was not working. They were polite and professional and sent multiple text messages to inform me of their arrival time. After such a positive experience we had no hesitation is asking them to do all the plumbing for our new kitchen: including dishwasher, gas hot plates and tap. I can not recommend James and Phil enough for their professionalism and sincere kindness. They have total respect for your property, are extremely clean and explain everything that they are doing. Having trades in your house that make you feel safe and secure is truly priceless. So glad that I have now found a plumber that I can call upon"

He saved time by asking for photos of parts we knew were damaged to purchase them prior to visiting our garden. He serviced the entire system, installed new automated controllers and returned a day later with a new part to complete the job. His precise explanation of work to be undertaken, friendly manner, efficient service and excellent work were features of his work. We have no hesitation in recommending him."

Reliable,Fast and Trustworthy Plumber.

"I have used Phil for nearly 20 years.He is a reliable,fast and trust worthy plumber. I still remembered when he just freshly qualify as a plumber I called him to change toilet bowl and connect my 20 years old BBQ set.He understood that I like to use wok cooking on the BBQ set. He solved my wok cooking problem by cutting the iron plate a round hole to place my wok.I was impressed by this young man who has the initiative to create something out of his own line to solve the client's need. Another impressive job was a burst hot water pipe in between my double brick wall.He opened the brick up and use the mirror to look inside to locate where the burst pipe was. I still remember he wiped the mirror many times because of the steam fogging the mirror.He has the patient and tolerant to locate where the pinhole burst was from and opened his second brick at the correct spot to repair.he finished the job very neatly without any sign on wall. A month ago ,he came to repair my leaking bath drainage pipe.All my floors are 9 inches concrete slab. He had to access through the double brick wall from outside again.he managed to change the drainage pipe but to our surprise the PVC pipe was bitten many big holes by rats. Phil was suppose to close the inner wall with PVC foam,but judging from rat problem he closed the hole with brick and cement. This job was done even when I was not at home.I praised him for his honesty and responsibility to his client. All my friends are happy with his job. He also did a very good job on the Grease Trap to my son's restaurant.He is the best plumber I would recommend."
